4. We will always return your phone calls promptly and meet with you periodically to discuss job progress and options.

5. We will provide free estimates on your blueprints and provide detailed and understandable proposals for you and your family.

6.  Contractor will meet all inspectors, acquire all permits, and deliver certificate of occupancy.

7. We will always live up to promised schedules, and deliver job completion on time, and on budget for the consumer.

8. NO LARGE DOWN PAYMENT- 10 equal payments as work progresses. We trust our customers and they should be able to trust us.

9. 6 year limited guarantee on labor and materials.
